To Register
Parents or youth may contact program coordinator directly or call General Inquiry at (204) 940-1260.
When registering, please bring:
- Manitoba Health Card
- Immigration papers
- Social Insurance Card (required for Employment Skills Program only)
Eligibility
Crime Prevention / Youth Mentorship:
- Youth aged 12 to 17
- Living in non-permanent housing
- Awaiting placement in Canadian school
- Landed Immigrant or Refugee status
Employment Program:
- Landed Immigrant or Refugee status (parents cannot have a working visa)
- Youth aged 16 and up, attending high school
- Can be employed or have previous job experience in Canada
Introduction to Canadian Education:
- Children and youth aged 6 to 17
- Living in non-permanent housing
- Awaiting placement in Canadian school
- Landed Immigrant or Refugee status
Youth After School Program:
- Immigrant and Refugee youth in school, aged 12 to 17 or until high school is completed
- Landed Immigrant or Refugee status
